  • Usage information: such as device, browser, IP address, and how you interact with our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

  • To operate, improve, and secure our website and services.
  • To communicate with you about the waitlist, beta access, and launch updates.
  • To verify identity and comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including BSA/AML requirements, in connection with our bank partner.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and security incidents.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: our banking and card issuing partners to provide our financial products and meet regulatory requirements; service providers who work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. Information shared with a partner is processed under that partner's own privacy policy and services agreements. Any sharing is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data. See our Security & Compliance page for more.
