The terms that govern your use of the vaultro.com website while we are pre-launch.
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These terms cover use of this informational website. Separate account terms will apply when our financial services become available and must be accepted at account opening.
By accessing or using vaultro.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Vaultro, Inc. is a financial technology company. Vaultro is not a bank. The financial products described on the Site are in development and, at launch, will be provided through a banking partner: financial accounts and money movement will be provided with funds held at an FDIC-insured partner bank, and Vaultro Corporate Cards will be issued by a partner issuing bank. Your use of these products will be subject to separate account terms as well as the applicable terms of our banking partners. Nothing on this Site is an offer, solicitation, or guarantee to provide financial services.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Product features, availability, pricing, and timing are subject to change and may differ from what is described here. We make no guarantee that any product will launch on any particular date or on the terms described.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or establish any financial account relationship. We may contact you about beta access and launch updates. Access to any beta is at our discretion and subject to eligibility and verification.
The Site and its content, including the Vaultro name and logo, are owned by Vaultro or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
