Why Vaultro

A focused team building modern financial tools the right way.

Vaultro, Inc. was incorporated in 2026 to give startups and small businesses a genuinely better way to store, move, and control their money. We're building deliberately — on trusted infrastructure, with compliance first — so we can launch something we're proud to put a company's money behind.

The opportunity

Millions of U.S. startups and small businesses want a simpler way to manage money: clear pricing, fast transfers, real spend controls, and a dashboard that doesn't require exporting everything to a spreadsheet. Many modern tools are built for larger companies or a narrow niche — we're building for the rest.

We believe every growing business deserves a clean, transparent way to manage money: one place to hold funds, pay vendors and staff, issue cards with real controls, and know their cash position. That's the product we're building.

Our approach

How we win — and why we'll execute

A focused wedge

We start with a specific customer — early-stage U.S. startups and small teams — and nail their day-to-day money workflow before expanding. Focus beats feature sprawl.

Building on Stripe

Rather than reinvent regulated infrastructure, we're building on Stripe Treasury & Issuing. That means enterprise-grade rails, funds held at a bank partner (Member FDIC), and PCI-certified card handling from day one.

Compliance first

We're designing our KYC/KYB, BSA/AML, and risk program before launch — not bolting it on later. Doing this right is how we protect customers and our partners.

Who we serve

Built for lawful, everyday U.S. businesses

Our customers are U.S.-registered startups and small businesses that need straightforward money management. Typical activity on Vaultro will look like:

  • Receiving revenue and payouts into a financial account
  • Paying vendors and running payroll via ACH and wires
  • Everyday team spend on controlled commercial cards
  • Organizing cash into reserves for taxes, payroll, and runway

We serve lawful businesses only and enforce acceptable-use rules aligned with Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy. High-risk and prohibited activities are out of scope by design.

Our business model

  • Interchange on commercial card spend (via Stripe Issuing)
  • Optional subscription tiers for advanced controls & seats
  • Transparent, published pricing — no hidden fees

Aligned incentives: we grow when our customers actively use the platform, which keeps us focused on real utility.
