Vaultro brings financial accounts, payments, and commercial cards into one clean dashboard for startups and small businesses — so your team can store money, move it, and control spend without the busywork. We're building on Stripe Treasury and Stripe Issuing.
Vaultro is a financial technology company — neither a bank nor a money transmitter. At launch, Vaultro will partner with Stripe Payments Company for account services, with funds held at Stripe's FDIC-member partner bank. See disclosures below.
Planned launch infrastructure — subject to partner approval
We're building Vaultro so founders spend less time wrangling money operations and more time building. Here's what's on the way as we build on Stripe.
Apply for a financial account online in minutes, with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. Store funds and organize cash across multiple sub-accounts for taxes, payroll, and runway. At launch, funds will be held at Stripe's FDIC-member partner bank.
Send and receive ACH and domestic wires, and move money between accounts. Schedule, batch, and approve payments — with full audit trails.
Issue virtual and physical Vaultro Corporate Cards — Visa® Commercial cards funded by your Vaultro balance — to your team. Set per-card limits and category controls, with real-time spend visibility.
Keep your cash organized. Create reserves and sub-accounts, automate transfers between them, and see your true cash position at a glance — no spreadsheets required.
Create branded invoices, collect payments, and automate accounts payable with approval workflows and two-way accounting sync.
Programmatic access to accounts, payments, and cards built on Stripe. Create embedded finance flows and reconcile automatically with webhooks.
Vaultro brings your balances, spend, and cash flow into a single view — designed for finance teams who want clarity, not spreadsheets. Give teammates the right access with granular roles and approval rules.
Cards and payments come with the guardrails finance teams expect. Set limits, require approvals, and keep a complete, exportable record of who did what — automatically. Cards will be issued through Stripe Issuing.
Vaultro is a financial technology company — neither a bank nor a money transmitter. Our financial accounts and money movement will run on Stripe Treasury, and our commercial cards on Stripe Issuing. Funds will be held at Stripe's FDIC-member partner bank, and we're building our platform around a rigorous compliance program from day one.

We're building Vaultro for startups, small businesses, and growing companies in the United States that want a modern, transparent way to store money, move it, and manage spend — without branches, hidden fees, or busywork.
USD balances in Vaultro financial accounts can be eligible for FDIC pass-through deposit insurance if they meet certain requirements, up to $250,000 per depositor, per financial institution, for deposits held in the same ownership category. Neither Stripe nor Vaultro is an FDIC-insured institution; FDIC insurance only protects against the failure of an FDIC-insured depository institution — it does not protect against fraud or the failure of Vaultro or Stripe. Full disclosures are provided at account opening.
Security is foundational to our design: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, sensitive card data is handled by Stripe's PCI-certified infrastructure, access is tightly controlled, and we are building toward SOC 2 compliance. Learn more on our Security & Compliance page.
